Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Returns accepted for damaged or incorrect orders only—no change of mind policy applies to herbal hair care and supplements.

Refund Process

Contact herbPalace.info@gmail.com within 5-7 days with order details and photos. Approved refunds issued to original payment method (COD cashback) within 7-10 business days after inspection. Shipping costs non-refundable.
